Refund policy
No Returns, Only Exchanges: We do not offer refunds on purchased items. However, items with significant factory defects or orders with wrong sizes are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received.
Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be as-new condition, which is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria.
Exchange Process: Contact bluprintceo@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email with which the order was fulfilled with
- Reason for exchange
- Photograph of the item defect (if necessary)
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange.
Receiving Your Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your exchange will be processed, and a replacement product will be dispatched within a certain number of days.
